I think about this often. What are those words, those string of words that could create the optimum situation? What are those words that no one has ever put together, that would reach through to people and induce in them religious feelings? They must exist. Those words of such profundity that they would break through the casings of society and truly spark unpredictable life within someone. They have got to exist. There must be SOMETHING I can say that would change their mind. Those magical words, what are they? They are specific to the person and the situation, and are probably impossible to foresee, but they exist. The person themselves couldn't even tell you. I couldn't tell you what they would be for me. They must exist. I think it would be a magnificent power to effectively be able to wield those words at will. Imagine you walk up to the ticket booth at a theater and ask for two tickets to see some movie, and they say it will be $19.50. But you deliver perfectly, 50 or so words that completely change this employees entire philosophy on life, and they are left perplexed by existence and admit you and your date freely. I often skip the basics of things and jump too quickly into the complex ideas, and it's not good, so that's why I offered such a shallow example as bumming off a couple of movie tickets, but you can imagine the meaningful situations. I need those words.
